After years of contributing his singing, playing and songwriting skills to bands, like Highway Ghosts, The Leeds Society and Finger Lickin’ Blue, Dan Cody has embarked on a solo journey, creating the music he never could as part of a group. For Dan, this is an opportunity to return to his musical roots, and to stretch out with songs and different styles  that reflect who he truly is. Dan grew up loving bands like the Beatles, Rolling Stones, R.E.M. Bruce Springsteen & the E Street Band, Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers, especially how carefully they crafted each song. Following their lead, Dan makes every note count, placing the music first and only coming out with a new song when it’s as good as it can be. Reflecting his own relentlessly positive outlook, his lyrics project a hopeful and relatable message.
